Signing Ceremony – SKICL & AAA (IPO)

Sena Kalyan Insurance Company Ltd. (SKICL), a concern of Sena Kalyan Sangstha, decided to raise fund through IPO under Fixed-Price Method. An agreement was signed between Sena Kalyan Insurance Company Ltd. and AAA Finance & Investment Ltd. (AAA) on 24th October, 2019 in order to appoint AAA as Issue Manager. On this auspicious occasion Maj Gen Firoz Hasan, ndu, psc, Chairman, Brig Gen Shafique Shamim, psc (Retd), Chief Executive Officer of Sena Kalyan Insurance Company Ltd. and Mr. Khwaja Arif Ahmed, Chairman, Mr. Mohd. Obaydur Rahman, FCS, MD & CEO of AAA were present. Other top management personnel of both the companies were also present on the occasion.
