Mr. Md. Oliur Rahman joined AAA Finance & Investment Limited in July 2016. He is a B.com (Hon’s) and M.com in Accounting. He has also completed MBA in Finance. Mr. Rahman is a Fellow Chartered Secretary of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). He is also is Chartered Global Investment Analyst (CGIA) from CGIA Institute. Mr. Rahman is also a Qualified Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) from the National Board of Revenue (NBR). He has also completed CA (CC) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh.

Mr. Rahman has extensive experience in Secretarial, Issue Management, Accounts, Investment Banking, Tax & Vat, and Business Law. His professionalism and expertise in the field of finance have enabled him to become a highly resourceful person. Through his extensive network, Mr. Rahman maintains an excellent liaison with clients, regulators and other stakeholders. Currently, he specializes in growth companies’ IPO which have immense potentials in capital market. He was involved in the board affairs of a number of listed company for a long time.

He has achieved profound knowledge on Capital Market through attending numerous courses namely, Valuation of Securities, Securities Management Training, Share Management etc. Besides, he regularly attends Continuous Professional Development (CPD) events organized by professional associations to remain up to date. Mr. Rahman is a member of Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. He has also visited Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Nepal several times for business and personal agendas.
