AAA Finance and Investment Ltd signed an agreement for Manager to the Issue with OneWorld InfoTech Ltd.

OneWorld InfoTech Ltd., a global IT Solutions and Services Provider with a special focus on Cyber Security and Digital Transformation, has recently signed an agreement with AAA Finance and Investment Limited (AAA) for raising fund through Qualified Investor Offer (QIO) under DSE & CSE- SME platform at the head office of AAA Finance and Investment Limited. Under the agreement, AAA will work as the Manager to the Issue and render financial advisory services. Engr. Obaidul Hoque, Managing Director & CEO of OneWorld InfoTech Limited and Mohammad Obaydur Rahman,FCS,FCGA Managing Director & CEO of AAA Finance and Investment Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Maruf Ahmed, Global Director of Technology and Services at OneWorld InfoTech; Khwaja Arif Ahmed, Chairman of the AAA Finance and Investment Limited; Abdul Matin Patwary, Managing Director (in-charge) of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), Md. Ghulam Faruque, Managing Director (in-charge) of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) and Mohammad Ferdous Mazid, Director of AAA Finance & Investment Ltd. were also present at the signing ceremony.
